Sucks for Android. I am not sure how this works for the iPhone but it's awful on my Samsung. I used to be able to search for specific leads and I can't anymore. If you text someone and you have been texting for a while you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to send the text. If a lead has multiple people attached and phone numbers you have no idea who you are texting. Confirming appointments gives you an error message but seems to go through. There are a lot of other issues...
This is the worst app I have used. All my leads for 2 years are there...I can't just acces my current leads. Also, when I have it open and I have another call or message come, ILoveLeasing signs me out and I have to start all over. In addition, I can not access the email templates...they do not show up. An app should help you be productive, not make you frustrated.
Many features do not work. I can view leads, but am unable to open email, send email, and the text option is not working for me. I can listen to calls, but that is about it. Good enough to view your leads, but if you can't respond, it is basically useless. We have no issues with the desktop version and enjoy I Love Leasing as a lead management system in the office. This was disappointing. Update 4/8/18: As of today I can't even open leads once they are claimed. I can claim a lead, then nothing. When I click on Open Leads on the dashboard (of which there are 28 according to the dashboard) I get a message that there are no leads that meet that critera. So there is no point even claiming leads because I can't respond. Deleting this useless app now.
I implement & employ this program on every lease up nationwide. It's the eaaiest way for me to manage multiple properties no matter where I am. It's a no brainer for sure.
